Job Description

  • Work in close partnership with HR Business Partners to collaborate with hiring managers to conceptualize clear job descriptions.
  • Source and attract candidates by using various platforms such as professional or social networking media/sites and internal databases.
  • Develop consistent and reliable recruiting and selection tools/methods to filter candidates within schedule. The aim is to efficiently and effectively fill open positions with close partnership with internal stakeholders, ensuring manpower requirements are met.
  • Conduct regular follow-up with line managers to determine the effectiveness of recruiting plans and implementation.
  • Benchmark and recommend best HR practices for effective implementation of sound talent acquisition programs/initiatives
  • Research and recommend new sources for active and passive candidate recruiting.
  • Benchmark and recommend best HR practices for effective implementation of sound talent acquisition programs/initiatives
  • Act as a point of contact and build influential candidate relationships during the selection process.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor degree in HRM or business related discipline
  • Minimum 5 years of in-house talent sourcing experience, preferably in the engineering sector
  • Solid ability to conduct various types of interviews such as structured, competency-based and stress
  • Hands-on experience with various selection process such as phone interview and reference check
  • Have strong candidate and client experience management expertise
  • Familiarity with HRIS system such as SuccessFactor – recruitment module
  • Excellent interpersonal, written, communication skills and effective negotiating skills
  • Strong decision-making skills
