Job Description

  • Account Management and Development for Fintech/ IoT/ NFC systems
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationship with the key accounts
  • Constantly monitor customer’s needs and present compelling business proposals
  • Negotiate contract and follow up towards closing of agreements
  • Prioritize and plan the company’s work activities within customer project scope and timeline
  • Ensure timely and quality delivery of our products/solutions by close coordination and collaboration with the various teams in the company
  • Constantly explore new business opportunities and offer new business ideas to customers to expand mutual growth
  • Forecast and track key account metrics (e.g. quarterly sales results and annual forecasts)
  • Ensure timely billings to customers
  • Business Development with new clients and follow up on actions to client’s request to win the new account, including quotations, proposals, bids, orders, contracts and specifications.
  • Prepare and submit for selected public tenders.
  • Coordinate with relevant teams within the company – project management, R&D, operations – to ensure timely and satisfactory responses to customers.
  • Participate in trade shows and industry conferences to collect market intelligence and network with relevant industry players.
  • Feedback new requirements from the market to company’s management and R&D

Job Requirements

  • Diploma/Bachelor’s Degree holder
  • At least 5 years of experience in B2B sales or business development, particularly in ICT system solution or system integration
  • Account management experience in financial services and retail markets, and/or in government agencies will be big advantage
  • Strong interest in fast pace technologies like Fintech, IoT
  • Highly self-motivated, take initiatives to learn and to find out answers
  • Background or knowledge in software and electronics/electrical engineering will be an added advantage
  • Well organized and able to manage project timeline, deliverables
  • Ability to communicate, present and influence, while having attentive listening skill
  • Good command in English and Chinese, with third language as plus point if applicable to the foreign market of business development interest
