Job description
This position focuses on creating and refining processes for high-volume battery manufacturing. You will partner with equipment and cross-functional teams, design and test tooling, and drive process scale-up to enhance efficiency and product quality.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and refine assembly methods and optimize processes for battery production.
Coordinate with equipment teams to support reliable, high-volume manufacturing.
Prototype and evaluate tooling, interpreting data for continuous improvement.
Perform DFMEA/PFMEA and risk assessments.
Troubleshoot issues, propose solutions, and oversee process ramp-up.
Requirements
Bachelor’s/Master’s in Engineering or a related scientific field.
5+ years in product/process development for advanced, high-volume manufacturing.
Hands-on experience with automated equipment and battery or similarly complex products.
Strong data analysis (e.g., JMP, Minitab) and problem-solving skills.
