Job description
Possess world class knowledge of Wafer Fab Lithography Equipment, particularly in track system.
Able to modify Wafer Fab Process Equipment for better productivity, quality as well as extension for future technologies.
Coach and guide AEs and Engineers in all hardware activities. (PM, CM SOP as well as modification)
Develop new methodologies and revise existing practices of procedures for FAB wide CIPs.
Provide in-sight in technical decision making of Fab equipment acquisition.
Relatively good process knowledge so as to advice on recipes changes or tool modification.
Start-up new processes which involve process characterization and development
Able to proactively provide sound technical advice and support to drive and work with internal/external customers to alleviate issues/concerns.
Organize and conduct technical trainings for Engineers and Associate Engineers to maximum their competency.
Provide future technical direction to the team.
Drive for technical excellence.
Responsible and accountable for complying with and implementing environmental, health, safety and security (EHSS) system, policies, procedures and guidelines that are applicable to your scope of work, thereby maintaining a healthy and safe workplace.

Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical / Electronics / Mechanical / Mechatronics / Microelectronics Engineering.
At least 8 - 10 years of relevant experience in process engineering, preferably in Electronics / Electrical industry.
Min 8 years relevant lithography equipment experience in sub-micron wafer fab preferred.
Proven ability to identify, assess and solve problems.
Prior experience in foundry or similar industry background will be an added advantage.Â
Analytical with good interpersonal skills.

Good team player and has strong leadership qualities.
