Job description
Communicate and review department goals regularly as a Department Manager.
Lead and supervise key performance indicators for efficiency and continuous improvement in Cost, Quality, Cycle Time, and productivity.
Encourage innovation and intelligent risk-taking within the team.
Manage costs, recruitment, and ensure process control for product quality.
Oversee Test processes, implement quality controls, and support audits.
Drive process improvements through Statistical Process Control.
Manage equipment performance and collaborate on tool evaluation.
Ensure sufficient tooling for business plans in collaboration with Planning.
Collaborate with Facilities and suppliers to optimize operations and reduce costs.
Develop and establish process capabilities, manage projects, and create plans for departmental goals.
Foster team engagement, support learning opportunities, and promote technical expertise.
Address safety and environmental concerns, support EHSS programs, and enforce policies.
Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Engineering with more than 7 years of experience in Semiconductor Manufacturing/PCBA Manufacturing
Proficient in Management Execution and capable of Coaching and Development
Excellent Critical Thinking skills and demonstrates a Results-Driven approach
Upholds integrity
