
Job description
Our client is seeking a highly skilled Control Manager to oversee and maintain Facility Monitoring and Control Systems (FMCS), ensuring high-quality, uninterrupted operations. The role involves managing instrumentation, quality systems, and a team of professionals while handling a broad scope of systems, including SCADA, Life Safety Systems (LSS), AMC analyzers, CCTV, security access, and more.Â
Key Responsibilities
Sustain and ensure high-quality, uninterrupted FMCS (SCADA/Server/SQL/PLC) operations.
Manage instrumentation systems, including PM/calibration/verification/troubleshooting.
Oversee quality systems (SPC, OOC, EAR, FMEA, CAR, audits, excursion handling).
Lead preventive & corrective maintenance (PM/CM) execution and close-loop management.
Develop and upskill the team to enhance knowledge, skills, and performance.
Handle major systems:
FMCS (SCADA, servers, databases, PLCs)
Life Safety Systems (LSS/gas detection)
AMC analyzers, ionizers, CCTV, security access, PA systems, walkie-talkies
Provide control & monitoring solutions, including alarm handling, trend analysis, SPC, and PM reports.
Manage department documentation (OI/SOP/FMEA/mother fab-related documents).
Coordinate internal, 3rd party, and external customer audits.
Coach, mentor, and train team members to build competency.
Requirements
Min. Bachelor’s degree in Control, Electrical, Electronic, or Mechanical Engineering.
At least 8 years in front-end wafer fab facility operations with minimum 2 years in control management
Expertise in at least two of these disciplines: Control/Instrumentation, Electrical/Mechanical systems, Water treatment, Gas & Chemical systems
Certifications/experience in SCADA/PLC/Servers/Databases/AI/Power BI/CAD.
Project management experience (PMP certification is a plus).
