Job description
Design and implement preventive maintenance strategies to sustain system efficiency and reliability.
Conduct troubleshooting and repairs to restore electrical systems to optimal performance with minimal downtime.
Monitor system performance, analyze trends, and provide insights for continuous improvement and capacity planning.
Develop and refine operating procedures to maximize system effectiveness.
Evaluate utility consumption and collaborate with stakeholders to optimize efficiency and reduce costs.
Oversee spare parts and consumables inventory, ensuring operational readiness.
Maintain comprehensive technical records, schematics, and documentation for compliance and future reference.
Recommend and procure essential spare parts, tools, and resources to support efficient operations.
Requirements
Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, Control Engineering, or equivalent).
Strong technical expertise in industrial automation and control systems.
8+ years of relevant experience in semiconductor, pharmaceutical, or petrochemical industries.
Excellent problem-solving skills with a hands-on approach to system optimization.
Experience in leading facility maintenance programs and process enhancements.
Strong collaboration and communication skills to work effectively across teams.
