Job description
In this role, you will shape the overall software ecosystem and define the strategic technology roadmap. You will oversee and contribute to full-stack development efforts—from front-end frameworks to back-end APIs—while mentoring junior engineers and collaborating with cross-functional teams to build robust solutions for manufacturing and data management.
Key Responsibilities
Lead software design and architecture decisions for the entire ecosystem.
Develop and maintain full-stack applications, leveraging front-end frameworks (e.g., React, Angular) and back-end APIs, ensuring seamless integration within manufacturing operations.
Manage project timelines, deliverables, and resource allocation.
Guide and mentor junior engineers in best practices.
Develop and maintain databases, reporting systems, and automation tools.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., mechanical, process, and test engineering).
Requirements
Bachelor’s (or higher) in Software Engineering or a related field.
10+ years of experience in C#, Python, SQL, and modern development methodologies (SDLC, Agile, CI/CD).
Strong analytical, communication, and leadership skills.
Comfortable working in fast-paced, evolving environments.
