Job Overview:
The Vice President of Operations will oversee all manufacturing operations across multiple facilities, focusing on driving operational efficiency, quality, safety, and profitability. This role requires strategic leadership, hands-on operational experience, and the ability to implement continuous improvement practices across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:
Operational Leadership:
Direct operational activities at multiple manufacturing sites to ensure seamless production, compliance with company standards, and optimal utilization of resources.
Develop and execute operational strategies aligned with organizational goals and growth targets.
Â
Strategic Planning and Execution:
Lead strategic planning initiatives aimed at optimizing manufacturing processes, reducing costs, enhancing product quality, and maximizing productivity.
Evaluate and recommend improvements in operational processes, technology, equipment, and facility layouts.
Â
Quality Assurance and Compliance:
Ensure compliance with industry regulations, safety standards, quality control, and environmental guidelines.
Establish and maintain a robust quality management system to continuously enhance product and service delivery.
Â
Financial Oversight:
Prepare and manage operational budgets and financial forecasts, monitoring cost controls and efficiency metrics.
Implement strategies that drive profitability, cost reduction, and overall financial health of the manufacturing operations.

Supply Chain and Inventory Management:
Oversee procurement processes, supply chain logistics, inventory management, and vendor relationships to ensure timely availability of materials.
Identify and mitigate supply chain risks and inefficiencies.

Team Leadership and Talent Development:
Recruit, mentor, and develop high-performing operational leadership teams.
Foster a culture of accountability, continuous improvement, safety, and collaboration across operational departments.
Â
Continuous Improvement and Innovation:
Drive continuous improvement initiatives (Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, Kaizen, etc.) throughout the organization.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Operations Management, or related field required; Master’s degree (MBA) preferred.
Minimum 10-15 years of progressive experience in manufacturing operations leadership, with at least 5 years in senior management or executive-level positions.
Proven track record managing multiple manufacturing facilities or a large-scale operation.
Strong understanding of operational best practices, production processes, and lean manufacturing methodologies.
Demonstrated leadership capabilities, strategic vision, and ability to execute operational improvements.
Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to influence and motivate teams at all levels.
Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to effectively manage complex operational budgets and financial reporting.
