Job description
The Workday HRIS Manager oversees the effective use of HR systems, ensuring their smooth implementation, maintenance, and daily operations. This role requires both technical expertise and the ability to collaborate with various teams to optimize HR processes and support organizational goals.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage the efficient functioning of HRIS platforms, including installation, customization, updates, and system enhancements. This includes overseeing third-party development for proprietary systems.
Provide technical support and training to HRIS users.
Work with HR and management to identify and implement system upgrades and process improvements.
Oversee user access, permissions, and system settings.
Generate reports and insights for HR and leadership teams.
Act as a liaison between HR, IT, vendors, and stakeholders for system-related projects.
Ensure systems meet data security and privacy standards.
Support key HR processes such as open enrollment, performance reviews, and talent management.
Document and improve HRIS processes for better efficiency.
Test system updates and integrations to ensure functionality.
Create custom reports to meet business needs.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in IT, HR, Business Administration, or related field.
Min 5–8 years of experience managing Workday HRIS System.
Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
Knowledge of HR processes and systems, including integrations and data management.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant tools.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive data.
